⭑ When will I recieve my order?
Packages are shipped out 1-7 days after your order is placed. Orders are shipped with USPS and are estimated to take 2-8 within the US and 1-3 weeks to Canada. These numbers are not guaranteed.
⭑ Do you offer tracking for packages?
Tracking is offered on all packages except envelope. Stickers are sent via envelope, while all other orders are sent via first-class package.
⭑ Can you ship to the UK?
Unfortunately, I can't offer shipping to the UK from my current shop. If you live in the UK or elsewhere, your order will unfortunately be refunded.
However, because Etsy can collect/remit VAT, I'm avke to accept orders to the UK through my Etsy shop!
⭑ What is your shipping and return policy?
Unless the product arrives damaged, everything is final sale. However, if your package arrives with the incorrect order or missing products, the correct order will be shipped free!

All dates listed for product arrival & shipment are educated estimates. Delays are always possible, but updates will be provided via shop listing and social media!

⭑ My package is delayed/missing/arrived damaged!
Before messaging me, please remember that USPS is responsible for your package. Once your order leaves my hands, I have no control over it. You must first contact USPS for missing/delayed delivery.
Sometimes, USPS prematurely marks packages as delivered before they arrive to you. Please give your box 1-2 more days to show up after being labeled as "shipped." If you still do not have it, check around your property to see if a family member picked it up or if it was delivered to a neighbor.
I typically do not offer full refunds for issues that the post office is responsible for.
